SWEET GEORGIA PEACH PIE 
1 unbaked pie shell
6 to 8 large fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. shortening, melted

Prebake pie shell at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Fill with peaches. Beat eggs well; add sugar, flour and shortening. Pour over peaches. It will form it's own top crust in baking. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Lower oven to 325 degrees, bake 40 minutes. Let cool to room temperature.
