FRESH PEACH PIE 
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Dash of salt
1/4 c. butter
4-6 sliced peaches
1 baked pie shell

In a large saucepan, stir sugar, cornstarch, water, lemon juice, salt and butter. Cook until thickened. Cool. Add 4-6 sliced peaches. Pour into a baked pie shell and chill. Add whipped topping.

Optional: Garnish with finely rolled graham cracker crumbs.
