EASY SEAFOOD ENTREE 
1/2 lb. Touch of Butter spread
8 oz. lite sour cream
Juice of 2 lemons
1 tbsp. fresh garlic, minced
1 1/2 lb. seafood (preferably shrimp or scallops)
1 lb. thin pasta

Melt Touch of Butter spread and add garlic. Stir in sour cream. Let cook for 3-5 minutes on medium to low heat. Add lemon juice. Stir seafood into mixture and cook until shrimp are pink and scallops done, no longer than 8 minutes. Serve over pasta.
