IMPOSSIBLE SEAFOOD PIE 
Seafood: 1 pkg. (6 oz.) crab meat or shrimp or 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can of tuna, drained
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese - 1/4 inch cubes
1/4 c. sliced green onion
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick mix
4 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash of nutmeg

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 x 1 1/2 inch dish. Mix seafood, cheese and onions in dish. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute by hand. Pour into dish. Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, about 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. 6 to 8 servings.
