SPINACH-CHEESE BREAD | |
3 c. Bisquick baking mix 1/4 c. vegetable oil 1 tbsp. caraway seed 3 eggs 1 (11 oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Mix all ingredients except spinach until well blended. Beat 1 minute; stir in spinach until well blended. Pour into pan. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 55 to 65 minutes. Cool 20 minutes, remove from pan. |
