CREAMY ORANGE SALAD 
3 oz. pkg. orange flavored gelatin
1 1/2 c. boiling water
8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/4 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
lettuce

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Gradually add to softened cream cheese, mixing until well blended. Stir in juices and orange rind. Pour into a 1-quart mold; chill until firm. Unmold. Surround with lettuce.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
