CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER FROSTING 
1/4 c. Crisco, melted
1/3 to 1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. 10X sugar

In a saucepan melt Crisco. Remove from heat after melting and add cocoa and salt. Stir in milk and vanilla. Put all sugar in a bowl. Add chocolate mixture to sugar. Mix at medium speed until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if needed.

Delicious but very sweet! It didn't say when to add the peanut butter so I put in in with the melted butter and cocoa. Very easy to make!

I use this recipe but instead of mixing in a bowl I put the sugar and cocoa in the pan with the melted ingredients (I substitute butter for crisco) and stir until it is all melted together. I pour it on brownies usually and it forms a fudge like layer on top. My brownies with frosting are requested at every Cub Scout event my son and husband go to.
By the way, my Grandma made her frosting this way too and this recipe reminds me of the one she made.
