HOLIDAY SALAD ANYTIME 
1 (3 oz.) orange Jello
1 c. hot water
1 orange or apple
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1/4 c. chopped pecans

Mix Jello and hot water. Peel orange and cut in small pieces or grate apple. Combine with cranberry sauce and pecans. Add mixture to Jello and stir chill until set.
