HOLIDAY FROZEN SALAD 
1 (13 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drain & reserve syrup)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 sm. carton Cool Whip
1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 pkg. lime Jello
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans

Add water and reserved pineapple syrup to make 1 cup liquid. Heat and dissolve Jello in this and add 1 cup cold water.

Blend all remaining ingredients and add to Jello. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch glass dish. Refrigerate overnight. Can also be frozen days in advance and allowed to thaw in refrigerator several hours prior to serving. Excellent at Christmas with the red and green coloring. Makes 12 servings.
