STUFFED MUSHROOMS | |
1 box lg. fresh mushrooms 1 tbsp. onion, diced 2 or 3 mushroom stems, diced 1 1/2 tbsp. bread crumbs 1 can deviled ham 1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce Rinse mushrooms. Remove stems to make mushroom caps. Brown stems and onions in butter. Brown mushroom caps in butter. Mix all ingredients together in bowl except mushroom caps to make stuffing. Place mushroom caps on cookie sheet. Put stuffing in mushroom caps. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve hot. (May be made ahead and refrigerated.) |
