STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
White crab meat (optional)
Tomato sauce
Extra seasonings to taste

Remove mushroom stems and chop. Saute onion and stems in butter until tender. Add bread. Cook until brown, stirring constantly. Add salt, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and crab meat, if desired. Fill caps with stuffing. Pour tomato sauce in 9" shallow baking pan or you can use light cream or milk (to keep mushrooms moist). Put mushrooms in pan. Bake 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Top with cheese. Bake 8 to 10 minutes more.
