SAUSAGE STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
3 to 4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 lb. hot or mild bulk sausage
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
Mushroom crowns (3 to 4 doz.)

Cook sausage over high heat, crumbling as it cooks. Mix with cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Stuff and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
