MUSHROOMS STUFFED WITH SAUSAGE 
1 pt. lg. fresh mushrooms
1 lb. ground sausage
Season to taste

Wash mushrooms and remove stems. Chop stems finely, and saute with sausage and seasonings. Stuff mushroom caps and bake in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes. May be prepared ahead, but must be served as soon as cooked.
