SAUSAGE STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
30 to 40 large, fresh, stemmed mushrooms
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 lb. bulk sausage, cooked
1/2 c. toasted bread crumbs
1/2 c. pizza sauce
1 egg
Mozzarella cheese

Dip mushrooms in butter. Stuff with a mixture of sausage, bread crumbs, sauce and egg. Top with a 1 inch square of sliced mozzarella cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve at once.
