MUSHROOMS STUFFED WITH SAUSAGE 
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1/2 lb. sausage
1 tbsp. dehydrated onion
2 tsp. chili sauce
1 tsp. each mustard, salt & pepper
2 tbsp. soft bread crumbs

Remove stems from mushrooms. Break up sausage and saute. Drain. Place sausage back in pan with onion, chili sauce, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix with bread crumbs in blender. Stuff mushrooms. Broil for about 5 minutes.
