MICROWAVE - STUFFED PEPPERS 
4 green bell peppers, cut off tops and remove seeds
1 lb. lean hamburger
1 c. cooked rice (white or brown)
4 tbsp. instant onion soup mix
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic, minced (fresh or instant)

Mix beef, rice, onion mix, salt, pepper, and garlic. Place peppers tightly into a glass casserole dish. Fill peppers with hamburger mixture. Pour over peppers: 1 can tomato soup mixed with 1/2 cup water. Cover dish tightly with saran wrap vented on one side. Cook on high 15 minutes, turn dish, and cook 5 minutes more. Let pepper casserole sit for 10 minutes on heat proof surface. Keep covered.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
