MICROWAVE CAKE
1 box reg. cake mix (any flavor)
3 eggs
1/3 c. oil
1 c. water

Mix all ingredients together and pour batter into a microwaveable bundt pan or cake dish and microwave on medium high for 10 minutes, turning about every 3 or 4 minutes. If it's not done, keep microwaving it for intervals of 3 or 4 minutes. Cake is done when it pulls away from the sides of the dish and it looses its "wet" look and/or when a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.

After the cake is turned onto a cake plate, you can frost it with store bought frosting. Peel off the label and top of the container and microwave on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Stir well and pour over hot cake. Remember, a white or yellow cake will not brown in a microwave. If you will not be frosting the cake, you may want to use a chocolate mix. Any cake mix though will come out very moist and delicious.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.

I just tried this with my daughter and it came out perfect! Depending on microwave watts might be done a little sooner or a little after as stated above. Mine was perfect at 9 minutes.

This helped me since my oven went on the fritz, lol. I made pumpkin cake and it came out so moist and seemed more flavorful too :)

Made this with dunkin hines French vanilla cake mix. Came out great!!! But instead of the oil, I used a stick of melted butter. This is awesome - thanks!!!
