BLENDER LEMON PIE 
1 lemon, sliced, seeded
1 stick butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 unbaked pie crusts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake pie crusts 5 minutes. Remove from oven. Put the 4 ingredients in blender. Blend thoroughly. Divide evenly into the 2 crusts. Bake 30-40 minutes. Do not bake longer than 40 minutes. Enjoy! Delicious while warm or can be kept in refrigerator.
