BLENDER CREAM CHEESE TARTS 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Vanilla wafers
Cherry OR blueberry pie filling

Blend all ingredients (except wafers and pie filling) until smooth. Put one wafer in bottom of muffin cup. Add blended mixture and fill 3/4 full. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Refrigerate. Add pie filling on top of tarts just before serving. Makes about 15 tarts.
