EASY CHICKEN SOUP 
1 whole chicken
2 carrots, sliced
1 stalk celery, diced
1 sm. onion, diced
1/2 pkg. frozen peas
1/2 pkg. lima beans
1/2 to 1 full pkg. noodles
1/2 c. rice
Salt and pepper
1 can chicken broth (optional)

Put chicken in 6-quart pot, cover with water. Cover, and boil until chicken is done. Remove chicken from pot, and add all other ingredients to boiling water; chicken was in. Cover, and let simmer.

Meanwhile, remove skin from chicken and pick the meat from the bones. Add the meat to the pot of boiling vegetables, noodles, and rice. Let simmer together 1/2 hour. Serve.
