WALNUT - CARAMEL TRIANGLES 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. cold butter
1 can Eagle brand condensed milk
1/2 c. evaporated milk (or whipping cream)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 tbsp. shortening

Mix flour, powdered sugar, and cold butter until crumbly. Pat into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until light brown around edges.

Mix Eagle brand, milk, and vanilla in heavy saucepan. Over medium high heat, bring to a boil. Continue cooking on medium heat until thick - about 10-15 minutes - stirring constantly. Stir in walnuts. Spread mixture over baked crust. Bake for 20 minutes more until lightly browned. Cool.

Melt chocolate chips and shortening together. Drizzle over top of cooled bars. Cut into triangles. Cool. Store at room temperature.
