QUICK SWEET AND SOUR PORK 
2 lb. pork, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 lg. can chunk pineapple
1 lg. onion, cut into 1 inch chunks
2 lg. bell pepper, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 lg. can button mushrooms
2 cans Contadina sweet and sour sauce

Brown pork in an electric skillet. Make sure pork is cooked well. Add onion and bell pepper and continue browning until onion and bell pepper are cooked tender crisp. Add pineapple, with juice, and mushrooms, drained. Continue to simmer about 10 minutes. Add sweet and sour sauce and heat 10 minutes more. Serve with rice. Serves 6.
