SWEET AND SOUR CHOPS AND CABBAGE 
6 lean loin pork chops
1 c. tomato juice
1 onion, chopped
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
5 c. coarsely cut cabbage

Remove any excess fat from chops. Put chops in large skillet and brown on both sides. Mix remaining ingredients, except cabbage, and put in skillet with chops. Cover and cook over high heat until steaming well. Lower heat and simmer 30 minutes. Add cabbage. Cover; cook 10 minutes. Remove chops and toss cabbage in sauce.
