POLISH SWEET SOUR CABBAGE 
1 sm. cabbage
Salt
Pepper
Sugar
Vinegar
3 or 4 slices bacon, cut in sm. pieces
Flour or cornstarch

Shred cabbage. Add salt, pepper, sugar and vinegar to taste. Cook until cabbage is done. Fry 3 or 4 slices of bacon, drain grease. Add bacon to cabbage and thicken slightly with flour or cornstarch.
