SWEET & SOUR STUFFED CABBAGE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, grated (can use minced onion)
1 egg
1/2 c. cooked rice
1 tsp. salt
Pinch pepper

Mix above ingredients. Place about 2 tablespoons mixture in leaves of 2 large cabbages. Roll up. Place side by side in 13 x 9 pan.

Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 can tomato sauce (12 oz.)
1/2 c. currants (can use raisins)

Mix above 4 ingredients and pour over rolled up cabbage. Place sliced onion over top. Cover with tin foil. Bake at 375 degrees about 1 hour.
