3-4 parboiled sweet potatoes
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Dash of salt

Place sweet potatoes in dish. Bring above ingredients to a boil and pour over potatoes. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
