BEEF ALLA PIZZAIOLA 
4 slices top round steak (1/2 inch thick)
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 lg. can Italian plum tomatoes
1/2 tsp. oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute steak in 1 tablespoon oil for 2 minutes on each side. Remove and place in warm oven. In 1 tablespoon oil, saute garlic briefly, add rest of ingredients and cook on high for 10 minutes. Pour over meat and serve with hot buttered fettucinni, and good bread to "soak up the sauce"! Stuffed mushrooms are a great "veggie" to accompany.
