SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE 
2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. hot sauce

Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Stir in 3/4 cup cold water. Cook over low heat, stirring until thickened. Serve sauce over crab cakes and egg rolls or hot rice if desired.
