NACHO BAKE 
1-1/2 lb. ground beef
Taco seasoning, to taste
1 cup salsa
3 cups crushed corn chips
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream

Brown beef & drain. Add taco seasoning. Stir in salsa and heat thoroughly. Pour half of chips in a 9x13 dish. Spoon meat mixture over chips. Spread sour cream evenly over meat. Sprinkle cheese over mixture and top with remaining chips.

Bake at 400°F until cheese is completely melted.
