ITALIAN DRESSING 
1 c. olive oil (salad oil may be substituted)
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. thyme
2 cloves garlic, crushed

Shake all ingredients in a tightly covered jar. Refrigerate at least 2 hours to blend flavors. Shake well before serving. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
