SWEET-SOUR SAUCE 
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
3/4 c. pineapple chunks and juice
1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. coarsely chopped green pepper

Combine cornstarch, brown sugar, pineapple juice and vinegar in cold electric pan. Set dial to 250 degrees. (Can use a conventional skillet or pan.) Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. When mixture starts to boil, turn dial to simmer. Add pineapple chunks, soy sauce and green pepper and cook until thoroughly heated.
