CHOCOLATE PECAN PIE | |
1 (15 oz.) pkg. all-ready pie crusts 3 eggs, slightly beaten 1 c. Karo corn syrup (light or dark) 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted 2 tbsp. butter, melted 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. pecans Prepare pie crust according to package directions for filled 1-crust 9-inch pie pan. In medium bowl, stir eggs, syrup, sugar, chocolate, butter and vanilla until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Cool on wire rack. |
