CHEESE NESTS 
1/2 lb. American cheese, shredded
1/4 c. milk
1/2 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
2 hard cooked eggs
2 (6 oz.) cans chicken

Melt cheese and milk together in double boiler. Add mixed vegetables which have been cooked and drained. Just before serving add cut up hard cooked eggs and cut up chicken. Serve on noodle nest, shoestring potatoes or chow mein noodles. Serves 8.
