BAKED POTATO WEDGES 
4 lg. baking potatoes
Garlic salt (to taste)
1 c. melted butter
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Sour cream

Bake potatoes in microwave, 3-3 1/2 minutes for each potato. Remove from oven and cut each potato lengthwise into four wedges. Remove all meat except for 1/4 inch next to skin. Place in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Drizzle melted butter over wedges. Sprinkle liberally with garlic salt. Top with Cheddar cheese. Bake in oven on 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes, then broil for 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and slightly brown. Serve with sour cream.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
