BAKED POTATO WEDGES | |
4 lg. baking potatoes Garlic salt (to taste) 1 c. melted butter 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese Sour cream Bake potatoes in microwave, 3-3 1/2 minutes for each potato. Remove from oven and cut each potato lengthwise into four wedges. Remove all meat except for 1/4 inch next to skin. Place in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Drizzle melted butter over wedges. Sprinkle liberally with garlic salt. Top with Cheddar cheese. Bake in oven on 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes, then broil for 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and slightly brown. Serve with sour cream. |
