3 c. miniature marshmallows
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. green food color
1/8 - 1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
3 1/2 c. bran flake cereal
3/4 c. plain M & M's

Heat marshmallows and butter over medium low heat until melted, stirring frequently. Stir in food color and peppermint. Remove from hat; add cereal and 1/2 cup M & M's, stirring until cereal is well coated. Let stand until cool enough to handle.

Divide into 8 mounds on greased cookie sheet. Shape into wreaths, about 3 inches in diameter. Decorate with remaining M & M's. Let stand until firm. Makes 8.
