CRABMEAT QUICHE 
Pastry for 9 inch pie
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. chopped green onions
1 can crabmeat, drained

Line a 9 inch quiche dish with pastry. Prick bottom and sides of pastry with a fork.

Bake at 400°F for 3 minutes; remove from oven and gently prick with fork, bake an additional 5 minutes. Set aside.

Combine eggs, milk, mayonnaise and flour; stir with a wire whisk. Add cheese, chopped green onions and crabmeat, stirring well. Pour mixture into pastry shell.

Bake at 350°F for 35 - 40 minutes or until set and golden. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
