6 center cut pork chops
1 onion, sliced
1 lemon, sliced thin
6 tbsp. brown sugar
6 tbsp. catsup

In a skillet brown seasoned pork chops in oil; put in baking dish. Top each chop with 1 onion slice, 1 lemon slice, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, and 1 tablespoon catsup in that order. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
