BARBECUED PORK CHOPS 
1 (18 oz.) bottle Open Pit barbecue sauce
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. beer for sauce
2 cans beer for chops
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Approximately 8-10 pork chops

Mix all of the above ingredients together except 2 cans beer and pork chops. Let simmer. Cook pork chops on grill and pour beer over them while cooking. When they're cooked through, put them in sauce mixture and simmer for as long as possible, at least 2 hours.
