BARBECUED PORK CHOPS 
5 or 6 thick pork chops
1 lemon, sliced

Brown pork chops in skillet. Top each chop with a slice of lemon. Add barbecue sauce and cover. Cook on low heat about 1 hour or until tender.

SAUCE:

3/4 c. catsup or tomato sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed firmly
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Dash Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. water

Stir until thoroughly mixed.
