SAUTED PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
1 1/2 c. rice
5 to 8 pork chops (thin cut)
1 stick butter
lemon pepper seasoning
cinnamon
teriyaki sauce
garlic powder
salt
pepper
chopped onion
assorted vegetables (such as broccoli, cauliflower, etc.)

Season chops to taste. Don't be afraid to season; the more seasonings, the better flavor of the final dish.

Cut chops into strips. Place in a Ziploc bag and pour on teriyaki sauce. Place in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour to marinate.

Cook rice. In separate pan, fry pork chops in 1/4 stick butter until done. Add rice and 1/2 stick butter. Cover and cook on medium to low heat for 10 to 12 minutes.
