PORK CHOP IN GINGER ALE 
2 lg. onions, sliced and saute in butter
1/4 c. butter
5 pork chops, 3/4 - 1 inch thick, brown in butter
1/4 c. butter

Place on top of onions in baking dish.

Salt and pepper
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. chili sauce
1 c. ginger ale

Mix together and pour over chops. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Sauce is good over rice.
