DEVILLED PORK CHOPS | |
4 pork chops, 1-inch thick 3 tbsp. chili sauce 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. grated onion 1/4 tsp. dry mustard 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/8 tsp. curry powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. paprika Marinate pork chops in above mixture for at least 1 hour. Drain chops, reserving marinade. Wipe dry. Spray frying pan with cooking spray and brown chops. Heat marinade with 1/2 cup water. Place chops in a non-metal ovenproof pan. Pour heated marinade around chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until they are tender. Serve with rice or baked potato. Serves 4. (Cheater's Method: Omit marinating process. Pour marinade and water over chops and bake. Chops will not be quite so tender, but taste fine.) |
