SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked sweet potatoes, mashed or 40 oz. can of yams
1 c. granulated sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter (room temperature)
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. each of flour and butter (room temperature)
1 c. chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk and 1/2 cup of butter. Place in greased casserole. Combine brown sugar, flour, 1/3 cup butter and nuts. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
