PUMPKIN DESSERT 
2 c. (16 oz. can) pumpkin
2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
Graham crackers

Mix all ingredients together. Add 5 or 6 tablespoons of Cool Whip. Spray Pam in cake pan. Line it with graham crackers. Cool Whip on top and refrigerate.
