FROSTY PUMPKIN DESSERT | |
2 c. crushed pretzels or graham crackers 1 stick butter 1/3 c. sugar 2 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix 1 lg. pkg. coconut pudding mix 2 (1 lb.) cans pumpkin 2 c. milk 1 tsp. nutmeg 1 tsp. ginger 1 tsp. cinnamon 2 c. Cool Whip or whipped cream Pecans or walnuts to garnish Mix crackers, butter and sugar; put in 9 x 13 inch baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Beat all ingredients except whipped cream until smooth; add whipped cream. Freeze until firm. To serve, let stand at room temperature 45 to 60 minutes. Add garnish. |
