RHUBARB PIE 
3 c. rhubarb, cut up
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
Pinch salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter

Mix together well rhubarb, sugar, 4 tablespoons flour, eggs, and salt. Put into an unbaked pie shell. For topping, blend together remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over rhubarb mixture in shell. Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees, then 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
