BROWN SUGAR GLAZED CARROTS 
1 lb. carrots
2 tbsp. salad oil
1/4 c. water
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt

Cut carrots into thin strips. Heat oil in saucepan; brown carrots lightly over medium heat. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over carrots. Cover; cook over low heat for about 10 minutes, or until just tender.
