BROCCOLI CHEESE PIE 
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
1 med. chopped onion
1 tsp. oil
2 1/2 c. broccoli
1 c. grated mild cheddar cheese
1 c. non fat dry milk
3 c. water
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Saute onions in oil. Spread over pie shell, fill pie shell with broccoli and top with grated cheese. Combine nonfat dry milk and water. Add to eggs then add seasoning pour into pie shell. Bake 45 minutes until lightly brown and formed.

Allow to cool some before cutting.
