BROCCOLI CHEESE PIE 
1 c. milk
3 eggs
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, sliced or cubed
1 (9-inch) unbaked deep dish pie shell

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl, combine milk, eggs, flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix well. Set aside.

Alternately layer onion, broccoli and cheese in pie shell. Pour egg mixture over layers. Place pie on cookie sheet and bake 50 to 60 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Makes 4-6 servings.
