SAUSAGE AND CHEESE QUICHE 
1 unbaked 9" pie shell
1 lb. sausage
2 c. Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. parsley flakes
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. chopped onions
2/3 c. evaporated milk

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook sausage and drain well. Combine sausage, onion, cheese, flour and parsley; mix well. Spread in pie shell. Beat together eggs and milk. Slowly pour over the sausage mixture. Bake 35-40 minutes.
